The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) is a not-for-profit, national organization dedicated to representing architects and architecture since 1907. The RAIC is the only national voice for excellence in the built environment in Canada focused on providing Canada’s architectural community with the tools, resources, and education to elevate their practice. A 50% refund will be issued for any cancellations requested prior to March 9, 2026.
A 25% refund will be issued for any cancellations requested between March 10, 2026 and April 20, 2026.
No refunds will be issued starting April 21, 2026.
Conference may be cancelled at any time if there are insufficient registrations. RAIC reserves the right to cancel the conference for any reason. If this should occur, RAIC will only refund monies received.

The RAIC will issue a letter of invitation only to international delegates who have completed a paid conference registration. Letters will not be provided for complimentary or free events. Please note that this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Once registered and your invitation letter is received, please email us your visa application number to complete our process.
