A 50% refund will be issued for any cancellations requested prior to March 9, 2026.
A 25% refund will be issued for any cancellations requested between March 10, 2026 and April 20, 2026.
No refunds will be issued starting April 21, 2026.
Conference may be cancelled at any time if there are insufficient registrations. RAIC reserves the right to cancel the conference for any reason. If this should occur, RAIC will only refund monies received.
Certificates of participation will be issued following the conference. Educational sessions and tours labeled “This live session is eligible for AIBC CORE LU” will be reported directly to the Architectural Institute of British Columbia by the RAIC, provided delegates have entered their AIBC registration information during conference registration.
Delegates registered with any other professional association or regulator may self-report their structured learning directly to their respective body in accordance with individual reporting requirements and protocols.
Starting March 2026, register for the on-demand session bundle from the 2026 Conference on Architecture and take advantage of early bird savings.
The bundle will include a minimum of 35 continuing education sessions, available for on-demand access beginning in late May 2026.
